I have often used the word free hosting in many tutorials, Many people asked that how to upload files to these free hosting, So i am demonstrating please continue reading. First of all you will need a free hosting account, Here are some suggestion [useful,secure,tested] . When you create account username is the name of your website or account and password is your own password which you have given and port no is 21 for all free accounts :P and host name is ftp.host.com.
Download filezilla from http://filezilla-project.org/ 
This is a great way to upload files to your website or whatever
